Singapore Black Pepper Stir-Fry Recipe (serves 4)
* 1 packet Singapore Black Pepper Stir-fry Paste
* 11-2 tbsp vegetable oil
* 450g (1lb) sliced meat (beef,lamb or chicken) or seafood
*100g (3.5 oz) bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
* Spring onion, cut into 2.5cm (1") lengths as garnish
Step 1: Heat Oil in non-stick pan or wok on medium-high heat.
Step 2: Add meat and/or seafood and bell peppers: stir-fry for 2 minutes
Step 3: Add Spice Paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until cooked. Garnish
Cooking Tips: To make Black Pepper Stir-Fried Rice
Heat 2tbsp oil: add 150g (5oz) minced meat and spice Paste: stir-fry until fragrant. Stir in 2 1/2 cups (500g) cooked rice; stir-fry until cooked.
