2 halibut fillets
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley (or other herb of your choice) or
2 tablespoons finely chopped oregano
2 tablespoons finely chopped dill (or other herb of your choice)
salt and pepper, to taste
1teaspoon olive oil
1. Marinade halibut fillets in oregano, parsley, dill and olive oil.
2. Season with salt and pepper
3. Pan fry in butter 4-5 minutes per side.
