Ceviche - Pacific Bay

Ceviche

Ingredients 

160g Pacific Bay Atlantic Cod cut into small chunks

½ cup lime juice

½ cup lemon juice

½ red onion finely chopped

½ cup tomato, seeded

1 large siling haba chopped

2 tsp salt

Dash of ground oregano

Dash of cayenne pepper

Spring Roll wrapper

Method 

1. Combine lime and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.

2. Add salt pepper onions.

3. Add fish.

4. Add the rest of the ingredients.

5. Serve with fried spring roll wrapper.
