Ingredients
250g Jumbo Shrimp
2 Tbsp olive oil
Zest from 1 lime
2 Tbsp lime juice
½ tsp chili flakes
6-10 strips thin bacon, cut in half (half as many pieces of bacon as there are shrimp)
toothpicks
Instructions
1. Marinade shrimp: Lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, chili flakes
2. Wrap prawns in bacon and secure with toothpick
3. Pan fry until opaque roughly 3-4 minutes each side.
