 THE BEST PLACE FOR RASING WAGYU IS KAGOSHIMA.

At present, Kagoshima is Japan's number 1 prefecture in terms of the production of "black cattle" Wagyu.  Beef from Kagoshima Kuroushi is delicate and tender.  It has a melting taste due to marbleized fat with a very low melting point known as unsaturated fatty acids.  The tender meat and savory flavor are distinctive to this brand.

This product is classified as A5 BMS12 (beef marbling standard) .  This is the highest grade available.

Comes in a plain vacuum sealed bag.
