I grew up in Bacolod, a city known for fantastic food, so you can imagine my excitement at the chance to go on a 'food trip' through Inasalan sa Dalan's beef tapa. To my delight, Inasalan sa Dalan' did not disappoint. Just like the meals I've come to know and love at their restos, this beef tapa took me back to my Bacolod days. Loaded with layers of flavor, it is all at once sweet and salty, with the brightness of a touch of vinegar. And oh, so so tender. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this. In fact, it's now a shopping list staple.
