Very good but we're holding back on ordering since the price is very high right now. The salmon steaks are more reasonably priced but we prefer fillets.

Strong ginger flavor

It's called parsley marinated fish, I think it would be better to call it ginger marinated fish. Pan fry in olive oil and butter and then squeeze some lemon juice over it after cooking to the otherwise overpowering ginger flavor. Fish is soft and flaky and the edges crisp up nicely.

Halibut - A Yummy New Discovery

I have always only had halibut in restaurants but for the past several weeks have been ordering it on Pacific Bay - either the fillet portions (skin on) or steaks. We have used it for several different fish recipes now and its mild taste and buttery soft texture always shines through. ...really, really, really delicious!!! (I wouldn't recommend it for fish recipes that need firmer fish.)

Less Expensive Firm Fish Alternative

Our go-to fish for curry is very, very, very expensive right now. This is a much less expensive alternative. This particular brand - Mida's Pangasisus - has a nicer taste than the others I have tasted.

I air fried the breakfast links with shallow slits on both sides! Came out crunchy to the bite and still juicy inside. Put just a little bit of mayo, sriracha and ketchup...super loved each bite!!!😋😋😋

In New York I used to eat smoked salmon with cream cheese on bagels. I finally found an affordable source of salmon here at Pacific Bay. The salmon is fresh frozen and delicious.
