Cut off for same day delivery is 3pm. All other orders are delivered the following day.  Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday are delivered the following Monday.


Pick up is free Mondays to Saturdays 8am to 4pm at the Pacific Bay Pasig Hub. We will send you an email once your order is ready for pick up.


  1.   By default same day delivery will be delivered within the day of purchase, not including Sundays and holidays. Next day deliveries are delivered the following business day, not including Sundays and holidays. 
  2.   Deliveries can be scheduled at a specific date when coordinated with customer service beforehand. 
  3.   We shall make every effort to deliver the order in compliance with the terms and conditions provided at checkout. If delay is expected, we shall contact the customer immediately to reschedule the delivery.
  4.   We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery resulting from circumstances/events beyond our control such as acts of God, force majeure or if the failure or delay is caused by the voluntary or negligent act of the customer.
  5.   If a customer refuses to accept delivery, all products returned to our head office in their original condition will be refunded.
  6.   By default, we pack all items in insulated or protective wrapping. Special packaging requests can be coordinated with customer service at least 1 day prior to delivery. 


  1.   All products returned in their original condition may be refunded or credited for future use. Refund turnaround time for credit cards depends on the card issuer. 
  2.   Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives to make sure you are satisfied with the product. All  perishable items accepted by the customer cannot be returned at a later date. 
  3.   If your order is delivered damaged or contaminated please contact us immediately at (02)85240006 or reply to our order confirmation email and we will resolve the problem for you. 
  4.   If an order is returned due to unavailability to receive the items, we will put our best efforts to re-deliver at a later date. A refund or credit can also be arranged if all items returned are in their original condition.
  5.   Orders cannot be canceled, changed or refunded once they have been shipped.

This cut is an inside skit, not a steak

The problem with the presentation and packaging is that it is presented as a steak when it is not. Do they even use a binder to keep the meat intact? Once thawed, the strands of inside skirt fall apart. Coz it's an inside skirt there are many sinew and silver skin which make it hard to chew.

That said, the meat is really tasty and delicious. I have learned how use this cut. I thaw and separate then take out almost all of the sinews and silver skin, then I use for asada or fajita.

Kinda weird

When i was cooking it, from one big slice, it separated into several smaller cuts. It was like several cuts glued together to form one big slice. It’s the first time I’ve ever encountered such. Some slices would be tender, the others would be tough. That’s why it didn’t seem to come from just one source.

Hi Rowena, Because of its structure, skirt steak may come apart when cooked as the muscles contract in the heat. Here are some cooking tips to enjoy this steak at its best:

1. Don't overcook it as this will make it prone to falling apart. Enjoy it at medium-rare to medium doneness.
2. Let the steak rest for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing it to help redistribute the juices that keep the meat moist and intact.
3. Slicing against the grain doesn't just make steak more tender, it also helps keep the meat together.

Very repeatable!

I cooked this rare to medium-rare in the air fryer. It came out delicious! I'm definitely buying this again. 👍🏽👍🏽
