This item from Pacific Bay makes me look forward to Fridays. It comes frozen fresh and packed well to preserve that.

Halibut is easy to cook. I just season it with salt and pepper then cook it on cast iron griddle. I love the taste and the texture and how it just melts in your mouth.

I always make sure I have some in stock.
