Squid Salpicao

1 dozen Pacific Bay baby squid

4 tbsp butter

1 tsp sugar Cayenne pepper

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Olive oil

½ cup green and yellow bell pepper, diced

5 cloves garlic minced


1. In a nonstick pan, heat butter with olive oil

2. Sautee garlic and toss in baby squid.

3. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

4. Add Worcestershire sauce and sugar

5. Add bell peppers.

6. Serve.
